Urinary frequency, dysuria, turbid urine and gross hematuria had been complained and tumor-like mass containing hairs and teeth in the urinary bladder recognized by the x-ray films and cystoscopy. It was proved to be a mass originating from both ovaries at the operation. Frozen section of the mass revealed benign tumor and partial cystectomy with removal of the ovarian tumor-mass was performed remaining normal ovarian tissues. The mass in the urinary bladder showed a child-fist size and connected with the ovarian tumors through a fistulous pedicle measuring 1cm. in diameter in posterior wall of the urinary bladder.
