A Case of Ovarian Dermoid Cysto-vesical Fistula with a Vesical Stone

Abstract

Dermoid cyst of the ovary communicated with the bladder and formation of a vesical stone is extremely rare condition and several cases have been reported in the literatures. A case of ovarian dermoid cysto-vesical fistula with a vesical stone occurred in a 37-year-old woman, who has been suffered from painful urination and sudden stoppage of urination for about 4 months, is presented with a brief review of the literatures.
