Hemophilic Arthropathy: 3 Case Report

Abstract

Hemophilia is a hereditary condition characterized by the occurrence of hemorrhage, most commonly in a joint as a result to prolonged coagulation time of blood. Repeated bleeding into bone, joint and soft tissue result in hemophilic arthritis or pseudotumor formation with considerable impairment of joint structure and function. This paper described 3 case of hemophilia. One of these cases is associated with hemophilic pseudotumor which is very rare complication.
