Abstract

The treatment of oligodontia is a minimally invasive method to preserve the remaining deciduous teeth and orthodontic space closure. However, it is difficult to obtain esthetic satisfaction, and long-term prognosis can lead to various problems such as root resorption and caries. With other treatment methods, after extraction of the deciduous teeth, the implants can be placed on the partial edentulous area and the prosthesis can be restored. In this case, through the co-work with pediatrics, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery, the treatment is established and we achieved an esthetically and functionally satisfying outcome.
