A Case of Retroperitoneal Leiomyosarcoma

Abstract
- Retroperitoneal malignancies account for fewer than 0.2 per cent of total malignancies. Early detection and treatment is difficult in retroperitoneal tumor. But modern therapeutic modalities improve the prognosis. A case of retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma in a 52-year-old woman is reported with review of the literature.
