Intrathoracic primary liposarcoma

Abstract

Liposaracoma is considered to be the most common sarcoma of the soft tissue. But it rarely occured in thethorax, and few examplels of the intrathoracic primary liposaracoma have been reported in the literature. Theaverage age and sex distribution are about the same as in other location, and it commonly presents withrespiratory symptoms such as dyspnea, tachypnea, wheezing, shoulder and/or chest pain and cough. The authors havebeen experienced 2 cases of the intrathoracic primary liposarcoma in Kyung Hee University Hospital, and presentits radiological and pathological findings.
