Primary choriocarcinoma of the lung

Abstract

Extrauterine, nongestational choriocarcinoma is uncommon, Most cases arise in the gonads, mediastinum orretroperitoneum with a striking male predilection. Athough the lungs are a frequent site of metastaticchoriocarcinoma, primary choriocarcinoma of the lung is extremely rare. Recently we experienced a case of primarychoriocarcinoma of lung in 28-year-old female. So we report the case with review of literature includingradiologic findings.
