Trichofolliculoma in the Upper Eyelid

Abstract

PURPOSE: To report a case of trichofolliculoma in the upper eyelid.
METHODS
An excisional biopsy of the nodule was done on a 62-year-old male, who had a small, nodular, non-tender mass on the right upper eyelid.
RESULTS
We confirmed typical trichofolliculoma which was composed of large central cystic hair follicle with many small hair follicles branching from the wall.
