Abstract

Concurrent ipsilateral renal tumors are rare. We experienced a concurrent ipsilateral transitional cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis along with renal sarcoma in a 67-year-old woman who had been complaining of intermittent left flank pain and hematuria. After radical nephroureterectomy and M-VAC chemotherapy, the patient is alive with recurred mass detected by abdominal CT scan 4 months after the operation. Extensive literature survey founding such case ever reported.
