Abstract

The authors experienced a case of orbital venous hemangioma in 46-years old female which is extremely rare. That hemangioma mass had grown since 4 years ago in her right lower temporal orbital poction. On ocular examination the right eyeball was slightly proptotic and displaced in and upward, but ocular motility was not limited to all direction. The computed tomograpbic scanning revealed well defined soft tissue mass density in the right lower temporal orbital area. The mass was excised by transconjunctival approach and histopathologic examination revealed venous hemangioma.
