Foster-Kennedy Syndrome

Abstract

We reported one case of male, aged 42 years who was first seen on September 23, '71. His visual acuity were no light perception. Funduscopic examination showed optic atrophy in the right eye and papilledema in the left eye, projected about two diopters. This case of Foster-Kennedy syndrome was caased by sphenoidal meningioma, confirmed after craniotomy.
