A Case of Fibroma of the Spermatic Cord

Abstract
- Primary benign tumors of structures within the scrotum are rare. When they occur, the importance of clinical recognition and correct identification is great, both from a stand-point of treatment and prognosis. We experienced a case of fibroma of intrascrotal origin, originating from the right spinal cord, and the literatures are reviewed.
