Abstract

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is an unusual autosomal dominant disorder characterized by gastrointestinal hamartomatous polyps, mucocutaneous pigmentation, and a variety of intestinal and extra-intestinal malignancies. Incidence of breast and gynecologic malignancies is high in women with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. We describe a case of bilateral breast cancers arising in 22-year-old Peutz-Jeghers syndrome patient.
