Abstract

Adenosquamous carcinoma, a rare malignant tumor of the stomach, is characterized by the presence of two different cell components, adenomatous type and squamous type. It is even less frequently encountered in the remnant stomach. Only seven cases have been reported in Japan but no report in Korea. Recently, we experienced a case of 58-year-old male patient with adenosquamous carcinoma at the gastrojejunal anastomosis. Here, we report this case with a review of the relevant literature.
