Mitral Annuloplasty Ring Dehiscence Diagnosed by Three-Dimensional Echocardiography

Although thoracotomy scar was present on the right anterior chest wall, chest radiography demonstrated no evidence of previous cardiac surgery including midline sternotomy wires or mediastinal surgical clips.
