Bronchial Carcinoid Tumors Developed at Peripheral Bronchus -Two Casea Report

Abstract

Bronchial Carcinoid tumors are considered benign but some of them metastasized to the reginal lymph nodes and other distant sites. Authors present 2 cases of broncial carcinoid tumors that developed at peripheral bronchus. One of them located at left lower peripheral lung field and revealed as a peripheral mass off the left lung roentgenogr aphically and had symptoms of mild chest discomportness, coughing and abrupt hemoptysis. Another one located at right lower peripheral lung field and revealed as a peripheral mass of the right lung roentgenographically and had symptoms of intermittent hemoptysis and right lower chest pain.
