A Case of Allergic Granulomatosis

Abstract

A case of allergic granulomatosis is presented with a discussion of its clinical and pathological manifestations. Diagnosis of this case as allergic granulomatosis is supported by a characteristic clinical manifestation of fever, hypereosinophilia, and asthmatic background with histopathologic picture that consisted of a necrotizing arteritis in association with an extravascular granulomatous lesions
