Pulmonary metastasisoccurred in 2 patients with limb salvage surgery, and one patient had a local recurrence during maintenancechemotherapy. This method is safe and effective in the preoperative chemotherapy of nonmetastatic osteosarcoma, and also promotes limb salvage surgery.
