Giant pseudocyst of meconium peritonitis: report of a case

Abstract

A case of meconium peritonitis complicating jejunal atresia and perforation of the ileum manifested as giantmeconium pseudocyst is reported. Roentgenographic and sonogarphic findings are discussed with a brief review ofthe literature.
