A case of the horse-shoe kidney

Abstract
- This paper reports a case of horse-shoe kidney, confirmed by intravenous pyelography and kidney scan. A briefreveiw of literature on the incidence, the embryologic etiology, the pathophysiology and the diagnosis, especially the value of kidney scan, and the renogram of this anomaly was done.
