Abstract

We report on a patient who had undergone osseous fixation of a penile prosthesis after transsexual phalloplasty. A forearm osteocutaneous flap had been used for phalloplasty about 2 years earlier. To correct incomplete rigidity of the phallus, we implanted a malleable penile prosthesis(AMS Malleable 600TM). The surgical strategy for implantation and osseous fixation of the penile prosthesis is described. We are following the patient with respect to sexual and psychological satisfaction.
