Abstract

Cutaneous horn, also known cornu cutaneum, is the term coined for horny skin excrescence which, in its form and consistency, resembles an animal horn in miniature. It is a reaction pattern and not a particular lesion. Its association with various dermatoses may be informative. We report a case of cutaneous horn arising from Bowen's disease in a 69-year old woman. The patient showed a dark brownish horny lesion on her coccygeal area. Histopathological finding of the lesion showed characteristic finding of Bowen's disease and cutaneous horn.
