A Case of Lobar Dysmorphism Simulating Renal Tumor

Abstract
- Lobar dysmorphism is a developmental variant of kidney and simulates renal tumor by producing radio logical findings of a solid space-occupying lesion. It has no pathological significance but is emphasized because of its possible misdiagnosis of malignant tumor resulting in incorrect nephrectomy.
