The distant metastasis occurred in solitary metastasis 9 cases and multiple metastasis 8 cases, metastatic sites were lung, liver, lymph node and bone in orders. 3. The survival rate of solitary metastasis was higher than that of multiple metastasis. 4. The survival rate of clear cell type was higher than that of granular cell type and mixed cell type. The survival rate of the patients with the tumors of low grade (grade 1,2) was higher than that of high grade (grade 3,4). 5. The survival rate of nephrectomy group was higher than that of non-nephrectomy group.
