Abstract

Multilocular renal cyst is an rare benign lesion. Although there is no choice of treatment of multilocular cyst, simple nephrectomy or radical nephrectomy has been performed in the majority of cases because of the difficulty in its accurate diagnosis and its documented association with malignancy. We report a case of renal multilocular cyst which was successfully treated with radical nephectomy.
