A Case of Prenatal Diagnosis of 47, XXY Klinehelter Syndrome

Abstract

A 29-years old womon visited for high MS AFP level checked at private clinic and we performed amniocentesis for amniotic fluid AFP and phenotyping. The phenotype of the fetus was 47 XXY. After genetic counseling, the patient and her husband determined to take pregnancy termination.
