Abstract

A 52-year-old man presented with a painless, slowly growing mass on the penis. The mass had been noted since he underwent circumcision 20 years ago. A cystic mobile mass about 2 cm in depth was found surrounding the coronal sulcus along the scar left from the circumcision operation. Excision of the mass was performed to confirm the diagnosis. There was no communication with the urethra. The pathological diagnosis was epidermal inclusion cyst of the penis. Epidermal inclusion cysts of the penis are rare. To our knowledge, this is the first case in the domestic literature.
