Abstract

Moya-moya disease which is characterized by occlusion of the intracranial main arteries with telangiectatic network(Moyamoya vessel) around the basal ganglia was introduced at first in Japan by Kudo T in 1956. But till now, the exact nature of the Moya-moya disease including etiology is obscure and there is no specific treatment. We recently experienced a case of Moya-moya disease with pituitary adenoma, which is unique in world literature, diagnosed by cerebral angiography and C.T. scan.
