Abstract

Post-operative paraanastomotic pseudoaneurysm formation at aortoiliac bypass graft is uncommon. We treated the patient with abdominal aortic aneurysm at postoperative periods which showed abnormal pseudoaneurysm from anastomosis. Microcatheter system and microcoils were used to manage it. No complication was observed. The patient was discharged from the hospital 10 days later.
