Abstract

Basal cell carcinoma is generally known as one of the most common cutaneous cancer. It is more common in elderly persons and incidence is higher in men than in women. Histo-pathologically it is malignant type of tumor but, clinically benign nature and metastasis is extremely rare. The metastatic methods of basal cell carcinoma are direct invasion of tumor cells or transfusion through the blood stream or lymphatic vessel. We experienced a case of 72 year old male patient who had worried about metastasis some day because histopathologically tumor cells involved lymphatic vessel on left ear auricle and who had primary basal cell carcinoma on left upper quadrant of abdomen simultaneously, so we would like to reported.
