Abstract

We report a case of combined nevus which showed typical histological findings. As far as we know, such a case has not yet been reported in Korean dermatological literature. A 19-year-old female presented with a dome-shaped smooth surfaced, skin colored, 1.3 x 1.0cm sized nodule on the left knee area. A Biopsy specimen showed a well circumscribed, uncapsulated cellular mass on the dermis composed of nevus cells and storiform patterned spindle cells. A part of the mass had fine brown colored jgranules with some pleomorphism and mitotic figures. There was no recurrence during the one year follow-up period after excision.
