A Case of Pyelocalyceal Diverticulum

Abstract
- We report a case of pyelocalyceal diverticulum. The patient was a 25-year-old woman and admitted to the Dept. of Urology B.N.U.H. because of mild left flank pain. The tentative diagnosis was made by IVP and confirmed by operation and histological examination. The roentgenogram of IVP revealed round cystic mass at lateral site of middle calyx, right.
