Congenital Megacalicosis : Report of Two Cases

Abstract
- Congenital megacalicosis was first described by Puigvert in 1963. In pyelogram, it reveals dilated calyces with normal pelvis and ureter. And it should be differentiated from obstructive hydrocalicosis or hydronephrosis. In the last 6 years, we experienced two cases of megacalicosis at our urologic department. These cases consist of one boy and one woman.
