Correction of Retrograde Ejaculation by Ephedrine Medication

Abstract

Ejaculatory disorders are relatively common after bilateral lumbar sympathectomy, retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy, bladder neck surgery, spinal cord lesion, diabetic neuropathy, and administration of certain drugs. Relatively young patients suffering from ejaculatory disorders are of particular interest clinically since in them fertility should be restored if possible. With ephedrine medication we attempted to treat patient suffered from retrograde ejaculation since the operation of retroperitoneal teratoma and had got the encouraging results.
