Two Cases of Firotic Band

Abstract
- Recently we have experienced two cases of the fibrous band which caused hydronephrosis in 30-year old male patient and 29-year old male patient. In 30-year old male patient, the fibrous band which was located at the right ureteropelvic junction and in 28-year old male patient, the fibrous band located at left ureteropelvic junction associated with multiple renal stone were presented with a brief review of the literstures. The causes of ureteropelvic junction were proven as fibrous band surgically, and resection of the fibrous band, ureteropyeloplasty and pyelolithotomy were performed in good result.
