A Case of Wilms's Tumor in an Adult

Abstract

Wilms's tumor is a malignant renal neoplasm. This tumor is most frequently discovered in infants especially between the age of one to two years. The Wilms's tumor discovering in adult is relatively rare. Reviewing some world literatures, we have reported a 23_year-old Korean enlisted man of Wilms's tumor on right kidney, which was treated by nephrectomy and radiotherapy but he died of possible metastasis after one and half year period of postoperative day.
