A Case of Turner's syndrome

Abstract

A case of Turner's syndrome is 34 day-old female infant with clinical findings of lymphedema on dorsum of right foot, hypoplastic chin, widely spaced nipples and low set malformed ears was presented. Sex chromatin on buccal smear was negative and chromosomal study reveals 45, XO in karyotype analysis without any structual abnormalities. The related literatures on Turner's syndrome was briefly reviewed.
