Abstract

Genital leiomyoma is a benign tumor that arises from the dartos muscles of the genitalia, areola, and nipple. Leiomyoma of the nipple is the less frequent type of genital leiomyoma. We report a case of genital leiomyoma on the nipple of a 30-year-old man. About 3 years prior to presentation, his left nipple had enlarged slowly and he had felt intermittent paroxysmal pain upon touch. The histopathologic findings showed typical leiomyoma.
