Abstract

We report the imaging features of a case of Kimura's disease involving the groin. The lesions corresponded to inguinal lymphatic chains and appeared as conglomerated subcutaneous masses with infiltration of the surrounding soft tissue. The masses showed iso-intensity on T1-weighted images, hyperintensity on T2-weighted images and homogeneous enhancement. MR imaging findings of the disease were seen in the soft tissue of the upper extremities. This is the first English language report of Kimura's disease in the groin with MR imaging findings and histopathological correlations.
