Abstract

The management of the maxillary sinusitis associated with maxillary second molar with apical lesions is complex due to the anatomical characteristic of the maxillary sinus. Even after root canal treatment, the symptoms of maxillary sinusitis may persist. These cases present the management of a maxillary second molar with maxillary sinusitis, based on precise diagnosis using Cone- Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) images. Through these cases, we aim to discuss the protocol for treating maxillary sinusitis associated with maxillary molars.
