Synovial Sarcoma in the Knee: A Case Report

Abstract

Synovial Sarcoma rarely occurs over 40 years of age, and from the synovial structures of the joints such as knee, foot, thigh, ankle and hand, In this paper, a case of the synovial sarcoma, 46 years old male, was reported. He complained of dull aching on the right knee for about 3 years with well managed his ordinary work during it. Microscopic examination revealed sarcomatous growth with the spindle cells and irregular tufts along the tumor cells. The diagnosis was confirmed with microscopic examination.
