Synovial Sarcoma: Report of a Case

Abstract

A case of synovia sarcoma in the ankle with pulmonary metastasis is presented for its rarity. The diagnosis was confirmed with excisional biopsy, which revealed sarcomatous growth of Spindle cells and irregular clefts that were lined by tumor cells.
