Dupuytren's Contracture: Report of 3 Cases

Abstract

Dupuytren's contracture in which pathology is proliferative fibroplasia of the Subcutaneous palmar aponeurosis as Dupuytren mentioned in 1831 for the first time is very rare in the orientals. Two cases of Dupuytren's Contracture were treated with partial fasciectomy in the Orthopedic department of S.R.C.H. during the last 3 years. With excellent result in the appearance as well as in the function of their hands, authors report this disease with review of Literatures.
