The Muscle Pedicle Bone Graft in the Treatment of Displaced Fracture of the Femoral Neck Fracture in Children: A Case Report

Abstract

A case of the muscle Pedicle bone graft in the treatment of displaced fracture of the femoral neck fracture in 5 years old Korean boy is reported. The fracture of femoral neck is rather rare in children in comparison with its adult counterpart. At post-operative follow up check within 11/2 years, we obtained good solid union without other complications.
