Osteitis Condensans Ilii: A Report of Three Cases

Abstract

Three cases of Osteitis Condensans Ilii, which is one of thc rare disease, affecting the sacroiliac joint is reported. This disease occurs mostly in womon during the age of frequent parturition and occasionally associated with preceded urogenital infections. Three cases in this report are all women. Two of them had the history of previous deliveries and one was nulliparous for six years and had probabie history of previous genitourinary infection. The etiology and differential diagnosis for this disease were reviewed in the relevant literatures.
