Application of Dewar and Barrington Procedure on Fresh Cases of Acromio-Clavicular Joint Dislocation: 3 Cases Report

Abstract

Dewar and Barrington procedure applying old neglected acromio-clavicalar joint dislocation was done on 3 cases of fresh acromio-clavicular joint dislocation. The operations were carried out about 3,6 and 24 days after injury and the external immobilization was removed about 4 weeks after the operation and vigorous physiotheraphy was followed. The results were excellent and 1 good.
