(B) Ultrasonography reveals a well-defined hypoechoic nodule (approximately 0.8×0.3 cm) in the subcutaneous fat layer (white arrows). (C) Histopathologic examination of the skincolored nodule shows a central cartilaginous core in the subcutaneous fat layer (H&E, ×20).
