History of Geriatric Psychiatry in Korea

Abstract
- The Korean Association for Geriatric Psychiatry was founded in April 8th, 1994 in Korea, and the number of KAGP member has been very rapidly increasing since 1994, the founding year of KAGP. At this point of time, it is of great significance to review the history of geriatric psychiatry, especially the history of geriatric psychiatry in Korea, and to think about the future of geriatric psychiatry in Korea.
