Abstract

Lymphomatous involvement of the genitourinary tract is not uncommon and may be manifested as primary extranodal disease, the primary presentation of clinically occult nodal disease, or a late or advanced stage of disseminated lymphoma. The majority of these tumors are non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and in more than 90% of the patients the urological system is affected secondarily. Among genitourinary tract presentations, the kidney is the most commonly involved organ, followed by the testis, bladder and prostate. Herein we report a case of disseminated malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma presented initially with bilateral scrotal masses and multiple subcutaneous nodules and treated with multidrug regimen chemotherapy.
