Sponataneous Hemorrhage of Renal Angiomyolopoma during Pregnancy
Abstract
- The spontaneous hemorrhage of the uncornmon benign tumor, renal angiomyolipoma, is a rare complication. Research and literature on the subject of intrapartum spontaneous hemorrhage secondary to renal argiomyolipoma is very limited, however we would like to report a case of a patient with spontaneous hemorrhage secondary to renal argiomyolipoma during pragnancy who also want through cesarean delivery followed by a unilateral nephrectomy.
